DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Your products ordered at SixtyAve.com are delivered free of charge to your address. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days except during holidays and inclement weather situations. We are happy to offer you this free service!

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER THE PARCEL AT PARCEL LOCKERS?

Delivery to parcel lockers can be chosen only if the carrier offers it in its pre-delivery information.

The carrier can also leave the parcel at the parcel locker if you are not at home, but this cannot be selected in advance.

WHICH CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

We cooperate with several carriers for shipments. Which carrier will deliver your booking to you depends on several things:

• The type of product(s);

• The size of your product(s);

• The place to which it will be sent.

We send deliveries through GLS, Yodel, DPD, Hermes, Parcel Force Worldwide.

IS THERE A FASTER WAY TO GET MY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer express shipping or any other method of faster shipment.

DO YOU SHIP TO REMOTE PARTS OF THE UK?

We ship to islands or remote parts of the UK, but not all of them. We don’t deliver to Guernsey, Outer Hebrides, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kirkwall, Shetland Islands, and Scottish Highlands.

Please Note: We do not ship to the mentioned locations. Additional payment to ship to these locations will not help.
