As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you, but not the courier, received the goods.

Please keep in mind, that a return is only possible, when your product is:
1. unused and undamaged,
2. securely packaged (in its original or similar packaging),
3. is complete with all parts and accessories.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your request concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract, you will need to take over the costs of the return shipment. We will charge you 4.95 GBP for parcels up to 31 kg with one side not longer than 120 cm. Parcels outside of these conditions are linked to shipment costs of 19.95 GBP.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you request your cancellation of the contract with us. The deadline will be met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The refund will be made not later than 5 days after we have received the goods in our warehouse. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it the product will not be refunded. Any such products will be returned to you at your expense.
